FINDING YOUR BEST DIRECTION WITH FENG SHUI
WORKSHOP MAY 13TH 2017
Taking a closer look at the effects of Feng Shui and the directions we face as we work, rest and play on our well-being
We are all influenced for better or worse by our surroundings. The orientation of our buildings and the placement of our furnishings has a profound impact on our experience of our space and our perspective on every area of our lives.
with Edel Cleary, Interior Designer and Feng Shui Practitioner
Feng Shui looks at the energetic connection between the homes we occupy and the energy of every area of our lives. We are in constant conversation with the spaces that we occupy, the aspect, quality of light, furniture layout and decoration is constantly interacting with our energy field – for better or worse!
Feng Shui provides a prism through which we can view this relationship between our inner and outer skins (our homes). We look at the energy of your space and how to make sometimes, subtle changes to have an immediate effect on any area of our lives.
The orientation of our buildings, the direction we face while working, sleeping etc. has a profound impact on how we interact with the world on every level. We look at the key areas of entrances, bedrooms and home offices to further enrich our experience of our spaces and to best position ourselves for health, wealth and happiness.
Saturday 13th May 2017
In this workshop we will cover the basic elements of feng shui in a practical application for our living and working spaces. We will also look at the energy of each direction, discussing how it effects us on every level physically, emotionally and energetically. We will look at how best to orientate the furniture within our spaces to uplift or energise or, conversely, calm and relax us depending on the space in question and our individual needs.
Where it is not possible to adjust the orientation of furnishings we will look at the best way to balance for this so that our energy is fully supported as we go about our day.
